Hello fellow being. As you are reading this short manual, you probably have received it from a loved one, a person close to you who seems to be going through something.

This little booklet tries to make a little sense of what might be going on with them.

What is awakening?

⪢ We all intrinsically have the information what this following material is talking about, since all the info is within us. Just to a certain degree, over generations we have forgotten about it.

⪢ Awakening is about remembering all the lost information about the universe, the different levels of being and about unity consciousness.

What unity consciousness?

⪢ The universe in which we live in is made up of energy. This is according to our current science (=physics) , a valid observation. In other words, we are all just energy. The energy has formed into this visible world, into different perceptible pieces. However, these pieces are in constant subtle interaction with each other. We can experience and observe this interaction as different thoughts, feelings, and phenomena.

⪢ However, these thoughts, feelings and phenomena are all based on the same energy. Within our reality and vocabulary, we call this energy love. And we all play our part in spreading this energy, this love. For our universe wants to constantly increase the amount of this energy.

⪢ Unity consciousness can be understood so that all material and non-material within our universe is made up of that one, same energy, and that we all actually are connected with one another. Since we all are the universe.

⪢ So, in short; everything is energy, and everything is connected through single universal consciousness.

What does the above mean?

⪢ As you get into the process of awakening, as in remembering that we all are one, you start to clear out old programming, taking back power and claiming your own true authority. Through our lives we are in constant influence of other beings, and this influence affects how we behave. As we grow up, our experiences with our parents & other people close to us, as well as other energies outside of ourselves affect the way our system is programmed. This programming is written within our conscious and subconscious minds.

⪢ And not all of the programming is beneficial to us as individuals, or collective as a whole - therefore we should identify the unbeneficial programming, clear out the old programming and reprogram it in accordance to laws of universal love and harmony.

⪢ Moreover, as we are being affected & programmed by external forces, we might end up losing parts of our own individual power to these people and authorities. Therefore, one needs to take back their own power in order to be able to fully be in control of their own individual experience, and thus becoming their own true authority. And during these processes dealing the underlying emotions is a big part of stepping into own true power.

So in practice..?

⪢ Your loved one is in the process of awakening and stepping into their own full power

⪢ They are going through a series of emotional layers, and with each layer they get rid of something old that they do not need anymore

⪢ This might at times seem like an emotional turmoil, but it is actually really really really good to fully experience all the emotions. Since only by fully experiencing and welcoming them, one can be free of the excess load the emotions are holding

Okay, what more should I know about this?

⪢ Remember, that this is a process of such, in a way that it has certain steps and it will take certain time for an individual to go through the steps. However, it is completely unique how long each step of the so-called process takes.

⪢ When dealing with an individual who is going through the process of awakening and stepping into their own full power, it is important to understand that it is their individual journey. The emotions they go through and the way they act them out is mainly about their own beliefs and experiences. Therefore, as a person close by, you should remember to be patient, compassionate and loving. But only within your own limits.

⪢ As the person going through the awakening and expansion of consciousness experiences new things, and even experiences familiar things in a new light, you should remember to pay attention to communication. We all want to be heard and want to experience a safe space where we can share our own thoughts and emotions. So, remember to make sure that you create these moments of peaceful sharing.

Okay, hmm... I want to truly support my loved one when they are going through this process. What can I do?

⪢ Firstly, if you have read all the way to this point, and you are still feeling like you want to know more, then you deserve a warm recognition. Thank you for being so open, loving and understanding! You are what makes the world around us a whole lot better.

⪢ And in return for your effort, here are some things that might be helpful in your future moments with the one in the process of expanding consciousness...

⪢ When communicating with your loved one, try to understand what is it that both of you are needing at a given moment. Try phrasing your individual situation in the following phrase: “I need your need stated in a verb because something about your emotional experience , can you help me?”. And after that, you can peacefully listen to the other one as they reply to your request. And if one of you gives a request and the other one cannot fulfill the request to the extent that was hoped, this situation can also be handled peacefully by recognizing that and coming to a conclusion of an alternative way of dealing with the situation.

⪢ Understanding the logic of holding space helps you to coexist peacefully. In short, holding space means that you are emotionally and mentally giving room for the other person to experience and express themselves in a freeway. A practical example, one that you can try with one another, is that you take turns in explaining and listening to one another. Basically, you time 2 minutes, during which one of you speaks and the other listens. And after those 2 mins are up, you both take few deep breaths and without starting to comment or discuss the previous monolog, you change roles so that the other person talks and the other listens for 2 minutes. The idea is that both of you can freely talk about anything that comes out, without the other one starting to comment on it. In this situation, the one who is listening, is holding space for the other one. Naturally, in all moments of life you cannot take turns for 2 mins, but you can learn how to listen to yourself and others on when you have reached your maximum in holding space for others. And when that happens, it is completely okay to communicate that harmoniously and move yourself to a place where you can relax and restore your own energy.

⪢ Seeking outside help is always a good thing! More teachers, and people in similar situations on their individual awakening processes allow more sharing and more moments of harmonious space holding. So allow yourself and your loved one to find guidance when and where needed. But please also remember that this is not a religion or a cult we are talking about, since everyone dictates their own, individual paths. And you have the right not to follow other beings' instructions, if those do not resonate with you.

⪢ When you seem like losing your nerves is the only thing you can do, take a deep breath, experience your own feelings in a constructive way and express them, either in a shared space - if the other one is okay for holding the space; or by yourself.

⪢ So, in a nutshell. Be compassionate, loving and encouraging - to yourself and to your loved one. And in those moments where you do not have the energy to do so, just communicate that and take your own space.

These are some things to be taken into account as you are living closely with someone going through their awakening process. Naturally, there are many more to experience.

⪢ One more thing, so how do I do that? How do I personally connect with the single universal consciousness?

⪢ That's where the fun part begins! Since all you need to do is to start to connect more deeply with yourself and everything around you.

⪢ You can start by connecting with your breathing. And as you do that, allow yourself to connect with your heart and with your emotions. And whatever arises within you, welcome it and love it as deeply as you can.

⪢ And whenever you notice that your mind is trying to block you by rationalizing, ask yourself what is your limiting belief that stops you from diving deeper into the experience. And as you face that limiting belief, and the memories behind it, breath deep and welcome that experience with the aim of loving it as deeply as you can.

⪢ And if those first attempts feel like complete waste of your time, I can promise you that there is a reward, or few, down the line. Since when you can face your deepest fears and memories of pain while simultaneously finding yourself loving life like never before, that's - well that's something!

Just remember to breathe and welcome those experiences as they arise. Much love.
