The fourth state of consciousness

Each of us visits twice a day. Just before falling asleep and just before waking up, we are present in our subconscious for a moment. This so-called fourth state of consciousness is as important to our well -being as the first three: deep sleep, dreaming and feeling awake.

In this state we can access our programming, conditioning, trauma and power.

“Age of rapid change calls for the development of a faculty of creative imagination.”
